In the hydraulic systems of Fendt Farmer series tractors, polymer seals such as O-rings, shaft seals, and sealing lips are used in control units, hydraulic blocks, and lift cylinders. Due to decades of operation, pressure peaks, and temperature, these seals lose their plasticizers over time. They become hard, shrink, and lose their sealing performance. This is exactly where LecWec takes effect during normal operation.
After being added, LecWec circulates through the hydraulic oil and reaches all relevant sealing points within the system – including internal areas inside the control block or regulating valve. The active formula is absorbed by the polymer seals and helps restore their original properties. The material becomes flexible again and fits tightly against the sealing surfaces.
