Where do the reviews come from?

Our customers submit reviews either following a personal invitation or on their own initiative. We receive these reviews via WhatsApp, email or public platforms such as Google. We publish a selection of these reviews on our website.

How we verify the reviews

• Manual verification:
  We manually review all reviews before publishing them.
• Verification of customer contact:
  We only publish reviews if we recognise the reviewer’s name as one of our customers.
• No paid reviews:
  We do not work with providers who publish reviews of businesses in exchange for payment.
